Thanks, Snow! Brazil is discovering that traditional construction involving a lot of manpower and watsage of materials is becoming less economic.

They build houses and buildings that look good but are cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Slowly new approaches are being introduced.

After the black out of a coupe of years back they are re-thinking the old ways.

Women have a big say in houses and tey are too conservative. Women that have lived abroad discovered that ouses can be practical so that they don't require an army of maids to keep it.
