My kids take after their mother and they're great.

What a complete and utter idiot. And to think he is going to teach. If my kids had him as a teacher, I'd yank them out of his class so fast, his head would spin...
Did he ever consider teaching is an easier degree to acquire than a Chem E?

Makes me wonder why I am going through all this aggravation to be a teacher. Then again, I will start higher because I coming equipped with a grad. degree.
teaching is probably a hell of a lot more fun and rewarding than chemical engineering. Thus, more supply of people who want to teach than become chemical engineers, thus lower pay.
Never saw it that way. It would explain why so many people keep trying to teach which screws up the macro supply/demand relationship and results in lower pay.

I hope some day to find out where he ends up teaching. I'll make sure all of the parents of his students have access to his postings on SI.
