Read the report. Those weapons were destroyed by '96 by the inspectors. Whatever remained would have degraded over the years. Saddam didn't have a delivery mechanism to launch anything. And when has anybody last seen an Iraqi Air Force plane in the sky?

Saddam was not even a paper tiger. His problem was that he did NOT have any WMDs and that is why he was steamrolled by Dumbya and his gang. North Korea and Iran have learnt their lessons.
