Where we live you can fight speeding tickets by using street "ratings". Police can't make a ticket stick if you are doing withing 5 of the rated speed of the street. so a street might have a posted speed limit of 25, but if the majority of cars are doing 30 or 35 then it is rated at that speed- and you can do 5 mph over that. Is it like that where you are?
