you can still have a dweeb at the top that hires good lieutenants though. Thats whats missing here. Ever looked at John Snow's resume and compared it to Bob Rubin's? Its a JOKE. Of course, Snow is the second in a string of 2 weak leaders chosen for treasury sec, the first being Paul O'Neill (also not as good as Rubin by a longshot), but at least he had the backbone to fight for what is right for the US treasury which was his job, not sucking up to whoever is in power at the time which appears to be what Snow does. But even Snow with his resume as an average railroad exec looks like a GENIOUS compared to Evans and Chao. I saw Evans try to debate Laura Tyson on one of the financial shows and it was just sad. Tyson is younger, smarter, etc.- Evans is a fossil. Of course theres a new crew in now, equally talented I am certain. yuck.
