Charter's own 10-K states that if Allen gets the 600,000 subs they are in a lot of trouble. The only thing left for Charter is to file for Ch-11, which I am sure they are looking into by contacting the ch-11 lawyers. also their ex ceo just joined Dish, so I guess Charter should loose a lot more subscribers in the near future. With all the problems and the stock at less than a buck, this company is about to go under, the only thing to do is to short this stock and wait
