Thanks that makes sense, but I really couldn't find anything that came close enough to describing what we do in their graphic so I decided to select "Management" "Chief Executive" as a basis because what we do certainly encompasses management......among other things......thinking that would be about as close as I could come to reflecting our "Occupation." A real guessing game for some of us.
