Kerry and the other Senators should NEVER have given the Bushies a blank check to determine our policy towards Iraq...Congress is always supposed to debate and CAREFULLY decide if going to war is justified -- it's supposed to be A LAST RESORT. Many of the high ranking Senators knew that Saddam and Iraq where NOT an imminent threat to the U.S....All they were interested in was their political future NOT what was right for the country....CONgress should be ashamed that they allowed the Bush Crime Gang to lie to the country (and to the world) to get us involved in a war that never should have taken place.
