I was hoping that you could add a bit of color to your comment(s).

While the P/E ratio of the market is pushing 20x ttm EPS and corporate profit margins are at their peak, interest rate still remain low (even in the face of the fed raising rates) and, furthermore, interest rates are still pretty low.

As such, it doesn't appear at least to me that the market, in general, is "over-valued".
