Well I'm in general agreement when it comes to pot that I really don't care what they do on their off time. Your correct in that he shouldn't have had the pipe out, etc. But I doubt he or any other sane person would have thought he would get second offender status and head off to jail like that. He could have had under 3lbs of cocain for crying out loud and gotten the same sentence. Even if you don't like folks that do pot I think any rational person looking at mandatory sentencing could say we might have an issue here.
