Apparently the nuking the filibuster is up to Spectre and Warner as they remember what it was like to be in the minority. The curious thing is, WHAT IS GOING ON that the RNC is this certain that it will NEVER be in the minority again? This thing stinks to high heaven. We are headed for tyranny after this two century experiment as a republic. Meanwhile, middle America complains about illegal aliens, gays and evolution. At least Air America now reaches 50-60% of the US and includes some 20+ Clear Channel stations. Of course that means that Clear Channel could simply pull the plug at any time.
