And I imagine that's what Vicente Fox meant, only he expressed himself in a very politically incorrect way -- but definitely a way that he knew would appeal to the right-wing white audience he was speaking to. I can see why you feel South African expats would be happy in Mexico. Maybe I should learn Spanish?!
