Better to eliminate those jobs than move them.

That's certainly a better argument than moving them because the buildings are not set 80 ft. off the street.

Many of the folks inside are likely pure fat.

I've seen many a skinny military man and woman in uniform walking the corridors and sidewalks in Crystal City. A quick Google search kicks up an example:
