Bushies are giving liberals a very good name. In case you hadn't noticed, the public disagrees with Bushies now on almost every single issue, often by a wide margin. But it's not liberals the rightwing is up against, it's increasingly moderate GOP senators and congressmen, who have held their noses lond enough and are ready to put a stop to the rightwing extremist nonsense. If Bush wins on Bolton and the filibuster ban, he will be lucky and will only do so by a single vote. But don't be surprised if Bush is denied both. Bolton and these ultra-rightwing judges are way out of the mainstream and bad for America.
