No one knows who was cutting off heads. But it wasn't Zarqawi unless Cheney was lying about Zarqawi's leg being amputated. Cheney lied a lot about why we had to invade Iraq so who knows. Fact is, we have no idea who's attacking us in Iraq, just guesses. That's what makes this war probably unwinnable. Smells a lot like Vietnam. If you doin't know who your enemy is how can you fight them? I would guess that our biggest enemy is also Bush's biggest friend, Saudi Arabia.
