Better solution might be to buy some raw land in the desert for 5K a lot, ship some mobile homes at $20K a pop and sell the whole package at 100K a pop, over the internet.

Right now everything sells, here in NJ even soot covered houses located 250 feet from one of the busiest highway interchanges in the world ( NJ Turnpike, GS Parkway, I-287).
