My point is that you see the corruption in your party as a minor gadfly. Then focus on partisan motivated allegations against Republicans as if they must be true and serious.

Bagdhad Jim McDermott is justone example of this. Here is you, in your words proving your own bias.

You are sounding more and more like Harris. Go ahead and chase McDermott when the real criminal is right under your nose.

I focus on what has been proven; Then on what is plausible. After that, I may have time to worry about what is implausible.

There is no House ethics issue more pressing than Jim McDermott. I will focus on what is important until it has been dealt with appropriately.

There were a few Seattle stories about McDermott, but none got around to mentioning his ethics or legal problems. No stories the the first 109 from slate, msnbc, nbc, cbd, nyt, boston globe, etc.

Of course since these sources didn't mention it, it must not be a story. ROTFLMH

Huh? How do you think I knew he had to pay a big fine? Did you check the local papers back in Oct. 2004 when the judged ruled on the case? I didn't think so. You didn't even know that the judge ruled. You are like the guy who doesn't think a tree falling in an isolated forest makes any noise. You didn't read it so it didn't happen. If you read the mainstream rags, you would be more on top of what's happening in the world.

In any case, instead of trying to make McDermott look bad and insinuate that someone let him off the hook when that's not true......why don't you focus the lapses in the GOP. They are serious and worthy of your close attention.

They are people whom the left has chosen to attack. The left is attacking Tom DeLay for the same things that they are guilty of. Their DemoLib FMSM allies have picked up the ball and are ignoring Democrats with much worse problems than Tom DeLay. How many FMSM stories have run about the ethics committee's failure to act against Jim McDermott?

Tom DeLay's biggest problem is that he is effective.

Yes, he's effective.......at playing dirty.
