Advise and consent which means discussion endless though it might be. Filibuster can always be shut down if necessary or sat through. Big whomping deal. The flipside? Tyranny. Now THAT's a big deal. Do you, ridiculous though you may be, honestly think that Republicans would be FIGHTING FOR THE NUCLEAR OPTION IF DEMS WERE IN THE MAJORITY? DO YOU? Of course you don't.
