The media is not liberal it is very conservative. Fox is radical so is ABC radio. There are few outlets in print or on air that can truly be called liberal. Of course there are those who call something liberal if it doesn't cheer for the neo cons agenda. A national ID is another intrusion into privacy which is the most basic of freedoms.
