why is the right going after PBS. I cannot speak for the right. Those of us in the center are offended by biased reporting funded by taxpayers. How can we possibly have a discussion if your don't kmow your place in the lineup? Seriously, you play this ridiculous game where you claim to be in the center and I am some where left of Castro. Neither is correct. When you get serious, we can talk about the differences that divide us but not until you own who you are. As for PBS, the very org. whose polls you touted, say that PBS is the most balanced of all media outlets. And still you complain. If commercial companies wants to exist on liberal dollars, it is their right and in the long run their valuation will reflect their decision(s). Public funding of propaganda aimed at progressing one party's agenda is wrong. What if the government gave money to Fox News? (Well, ok, that is not a fair example, because they are balanced.) But what if the government funded a Republican leaning network? You would have kittens. Peter, you know what the truth is........all the above is crap and you know it as well as I do. I am way to smart to try and make a rational discussion out of it.
