Newsweek is generally a reputable news organization, and Michael Isikoff is generally a reputable reporter. It is he who did most of the reporting about Clinton's affair with Monica Lewinsky, for example. I have to take reputations into account here. Can you tell me why the Pentagon reviewed the story and didn't challenge that part of it? That to me is a more relevant question. If there was no source, why didn't the Pentagon cross examine them over the allegation?
