Chris, there's an interesting story on front page of Wall Street Journal today which discusses the bankruptcy and real estate situation in Salt Lake City (which is where I think you live?).

Seems those Mormons get married and raise a bunch of kids before they get on their financial feet, and this is a reason why SLC is the worst place in the U.S. for bankruptcies.

I've always marveled at my many Mormon friends, whose kids seem to wind up married the minute they're out of college. Have always suspected Mom & Dad were footing much of the bill. Of course, those athletic scholarships at Brigham Young helped some, too.
