" According to CPB, approximately 12% of Americans feels it leans conservative. Approximately 22% feel it leans liberal. While the number who feel it leans liberal are about twice the ones who feel it leans conservative, those numbers are still dwarfed by those who don't perceive a bias or were unsure. The Moyers show is the one that draws the most heat. To counterbalance it, PBS started two that lean conservative, Tucker Carlson and the WDJ one. cpb.org In one poll, 80% of the people polled felt that the news and information on PBS was fair and balanced, only 12% felt the opposite, 8% weren't sure. I can guarantee you that a similar poll would show much worse numbers for, say, Fox News. Well said.

Which means even according to the sources you choose to use about twice as many people think PBS is biased to the left at to the right. Even PBS recognized its bias or at least took the allegations of it seriously and started a couple of new shows to express more of a conservative view. Perhaps Fox News is more biased than PBS, I'm not claiming the FOX news doesn't have a bias, merely that PBS does. No possible fact about Fox News is really relevant to that. I do think some conservatives go overboard in their complaints about PBS bias but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Tim
