Agree. "Desecrations" of every sort are common enough... Even if newsweek's (inflammatory) report were true, how could such an incident justify the wave of violence all over the world? Can one imagine lootings and violence in Rome, for instance, or in LA, or in Warsaw - on the news that some Muslim showed disrespect for the Bible? In the meantime, Newsweek's source is "no longer certain where the information came from". Not a pretty picture. Will be interesting to see how it plays out.
