I think out society has no business in the ME killing people who want to live in the 9th, or 10th, or whatever. When they want to live in the 21st they will have thier own revolutions, and pick out their own leaders. Us doing it for them does not seem a wise expenditure of our resources, or even a wise way to accomplish what we think we want. IMO, of course. Real democratic revolutions are not usually foisted upon a population by an outside alien force. I do not know what the outcome will be, but the risk was too great, the means has been inhumane and unsuitable to our expressed purpose, and I fear (though I hope I am wrong) that we will suffer for it. Actually, based on our capital outlays, we are already suffering for it, but I fear we will suffer in other ways too.
