Yeah, but when you sell them, they're even bigger bargains. We've been in a huge bull market in real estate, but it seemed to crack last quarter. I think it's too much building as opposed to too little demand.

We are a bit wilder and woolier than SLC.

I used to live in Houston in late 1960's. There was (or is) a restaurant which sold "Poor Boy" sandwich: barbeque pork on a bun. My friend always asked for the "burned fat" on the side. Of course that was the best part but that was the time when no one cared about cholesterol and heart disease!
