That is not the same as saying they did not exist.
When one comes across ashes is that the same as saying there was no fire? Duh all evidence points to the fact that they were not there. If you must insist they were then you must admit Bush failed in that those weapons are still at large in rogue hands and we don't have an effin clue as to who has them. Are we more secure?
