We have not seen the crimes or the consequences come to fruition...yet. I am a capitalist as well. What I see is corporations setting their own rules after making campaign contributions. I am not saying that corporate crime did not thrive under Clinton et al., but most of the Enrons came under Bush's watch and he hand his hand out and received from these same crooks. Too many CEOs are crooks and/or inept and yet thrive at the expense of the company's customers and shareholders...environmentally as well. Kofi Annan is inept as well.
