Bremmer's idea of accounting was a twenty something with a laptop and an Excel spreadsheet. THAT's how they kept track of mountains of money. While Iraqis are selling off household goods for food and Americans are wondering where their pensions went, $8.8 billion in stacks of cash are going to criminals, thugs and corrupt politicians...FOR NO REASON. There are two major problems with Republicans: 1. They are evil and will do anything to win power. 2. They are really, truly, absolutely incompetent in the basics of governance.
