Wrong, Gannon was not a reporter when he first started going to the WH, just a gay escort. He only fabricated his phony wannabe reporter status later. Only then did they bypass the major news media figures and let Gannon ask Bush and McClellan ridiculous softball questions. Gannongate is a major scandal on multiple levels and there is no excuse for it. Why won't Bush crack down? Because he is totally amoral himself? That seems to be the only explanation. You are backing the wrong person in Bush. He is a scalawag.
