Well I don't agree with it all but the libertarians do support a non-watered down Constitution, full civil liberties including gun rights and fiscal responsibility. Things heroes like Newt Gingrich espoused, but we haven't heard jack from since. I hate the Bob Doles and Trent Lotts of the GOP now as much as I did in 1995.

All in your definition, but to me Friederich Hayek, Milton Friedman, Charles Murray, Thomas Sowell, etc., fit in the libertarian camp.
