I understand the dynamics necessary to build out property to its densest capacity. Am facing that question in my own neighborhood as sewers will be brought in within the next 5 years, which will of course change the zoning and allow denser usage.

I'm trying to do a comparison with Puget Sound, western exposure view property in my area. I was just curious as to what size lot went for that amount of money on Martha's Vineyard.
