That's one guy's organic farm. The majority till under the cover crops and make several tillage passes during the year to control weeds.

That's a nice organic no-till agriculture site, Ionesco. The no-till site Ish posted seemed to infer that only GMO crops could be grown in that way, which made no sense to me.
