I wouldn't worry about that.... this thread has only been in existence for a week or so, and very likely there are lots of lurkers who drop in but don't follow things that are posted here regularly. I don't want to exclude anybody, so even if things have been talked about, there's no harm in repeating them for the sake of others.

Anyhow, I look at the $VIX, the $VXN, and $QQV. The first two are the most helpful to me. Usually they are fairly similar, but not always. I used to use moving averages with them, but I am not sure how helpful that is. Mostly I just look at the charts and momentum indicators for these internals.

I do pretty much the same thing with the TICKs and the TRINs.
