Nope, China would never do that, no matter how much the US would pay. To manufacture for the West is one thing, but use Chinese as the mercenary for the US invasion is another, and it will never happen. This is a matter of principle, for both Chinese people and Chinese gov.

That said, if ALL US interests withdraw from Iraq, including all troops and big oil companies, Iraqi situation would improve a lot by itself. Although I don't see that will happen.

What I do see is that the US may invade more and more oil-producing countries (there are 25 of them on the list), Venezuela and Iran to name two<g>. Maybe they would let Israel do the Iran job, and keep Venezuela for themselves<g>
