McClellan claims that he has no control over who gets into the WH press room when asked about Guckert. That means it's a higher up which only leaves a handful of individuals.

In the Cheney WH, there are no dissenters, there aren't even any discussions or asking of questions. Therefore, no one below Cheney and Rove would dare invite a gay male prostitute fake journalist fake ex-marine into the WH 197 times.

Bush wouldn't even have the nerve to go against Cheney/Rove. Cheney is always a possibility since his wife does write lesbian porn and his daughter is Coors' representative to leather bars.

I still think it's Rove though especially as Cheney isn't usually in the WH but is in his bunker in Maryland plotting to kill the US Constitution and install tyranny.
