The question is should a minority on the Senate be given the new power to veto any judicial nominee? That's a yes/no question.

Do any of us really know what the credentials of these judges are anywaqy?

If you really want to know (very long reports) go to www.confirmthem.com, look for the Documents section in the right hand column, and click on Brown hearing and Owen hearing. Lots of info out there.

BTW, you can't tweak a judge like you can a law.
