Thanks for the details. Sounds like there were some forged docuements, but those did not include the Oil Ministry docs that the Senate Committee is using, as well as later testimony.

I think we should also note that since the Daily Telegraph decided not to defend its article on the grounds that it was true, only newsworthy, the judgement of court cannot be said to have judged the question of whether it was true or not.
