If overall inflation was really 8% why is the 10 yr bond down to 4% then? Action in gold stocks and small caps also tell the story. RE in bubble markets is beating to a different drum. I think those who got in and are riding the momentum wagon of late are more lucky or perhaps just desperate than smart. I'm looking to unload everything I have left in Florida but for now we have at least one more move left. Properties are now at 25+ GRM's here and time is close to get out of dodge. This has dotcom 1999 and gold 1980 written all over it. Do you really think the newly minted smart money will get out of this unscathed? <g>
