I am reading the thread backwards this morning. I don't have time to give it my full attention, but I will get to all the posts, hopefully. I cannot discuss Mulholland or her posts. I definitely do not feel that I violated my own thread rules, however. Expressing even very controversial views is not a violation. It is foul, uncivil behavior that is. A lot of people here have very divergent opinions about all sorts of things, and they are welcome to express those views as long as they are not name calling or attacking another poster.
