We would miss you. But on average it would be better for everyone else (or almost everyone else).

If you live on meat, Ish, then meat is killing you. Have you read about how meat affects your health, especially regarding heart disease and cancer?

If I was cooking for you, you wouldn't miss meat. Your diet would be full of wonderful, succulent and filling meals. My husband was a total meat and potatoes guy, being Irish, and now he still gets plenty of potatoes, but cooked in all sorts of imaginative ways. Last night we had potatoes with carrots and onions, roasted in olive oil with sage, thyme, marjoram and organic onion dip mix. Tonight we are having fresh asparagus risotto with a salad of tomatoes, spinach leaves, red onion and avocado. Tomorrow night I am making a savory double-crusted pie with potatoes, peas, carrots and onions in white sauce, and fresh corn on the cob. Maybe peach crisp for dessert.
