It's the Adam's apple. Her thinness and lack of humor comes from speed which causes her to shake uncontrollably offstage and even quite a bit onstage....just listen to the shakiness in her voice.

Talk about a self-loathing human being. Ann thinks being a non-anorexic brunette guy is a fate worth the plastic surgery.
