Kerry's all over that, but we need to take back congress to implement it. The fix may be in, but not in every district. Just a few.

Without the ability to count votes correctly it doesn't matter what kind of campaign the Dems run.

That needs to be stamped on the forehead of every county Democratic Party chairperson. They don't seem to get it. I'm astonished at how blasé most of the Democratic leadership seems to be about the most pernicious destruction of democracy this nation has ever experienced.
