I wasn't saying you had to explain to me or the thread what is wrong with Cyprian's post. I think we all vehemently disagree with his post! What I was suggesting is that you could tell him what is wrong with his post without personalizing it into calling him names, which I really want to discourage because it leads to general incivility on the thread. The philosophical problem with saying only some views can be expressed is that we all have different ideas about which ones should or shouldn't be. I don't think fascism works very well, and I don't want to experiment with it here. Today it might be negative views of Jews that I banned, and then tomorrow I might ban all the hunters, and then next Monday all the farmers might be gone. You and Ish are a pile of trouble sometimes! By Wednesday I might just be talking to Ionesco, whose posts seldom disturb or challenge me. See how it would be ridiculous to ban people based on their views? Once it starts I don't think there is an end to it.
