If you want some objective information check this out:

Slide 4 shows Intel's yields (as a function of defect density) to be well into the world class zone already for 90nm. If they mean yields as "Fab output" then they could mean output will increase by moving to 65nm, but that won't show meaningful volume until Q4 or Q1'06.
