POTUS has the responsibility and duty to recommend judges.

The US Senate has the responsibility and duty to approve or disapprove those judges by voting.

No Senator has the right, imo, to disrupt our government by refusing to vote.

I can accept a short delay for further debate. I cannot accept using an administrative procedure to completely avoid a Senator's duty to vote.

In order to function, our government needs a Senate. If Senators refuse to vote, we have nothing.
BTW, if all of us refuse to vote, we will also have nothing.
