I am asking you about non judicial appointments, legislation and treaties confirmation vis a vis the filibuster. Do you have a problem with filibusters re: the above. I see no answer in any of your prior posts.. I gather your reply is desigined to annoy me so i will blow a gasket and get kicked off the thread like last time you played these games. I will assume you have no answer then because you never do when asked an interesting or difficult question. Bye.
