yup in order to forestall the nuke option and its aftermath which is really what moderates are worried about. The dozen senators and a few more i guess who will join from both parties will knock off a couple of nominees but all the others will go thru and this will drive deaniacs crazy. I love when the extremes on both sides are pissed. It means we have a good deal. Happens in business all the time. mike

PS by the way i am skeptical that my friend is right for reps will have to make a public vote against a couple or three nominees. Of course dems will have to vote for one of the girls they hate. Isnt amazing how dems go bonkers when blacks, hispanics, and women take the opposite view to their PC & CW. . Mike
