That is ridiculous. If the Central bank wanted to do something about Housing u would shut up that Yapping dog George bush with his comments about giving home builders a Tax Break. You would disallow mortgage interest deduction on anything but primary residence. you would re instate the capital gains tax on sale of a home.

ridiculous.....comments coming out of the administration and spin masters...

Harsh language ain't gonna get it done. They need to invert the yield curve, and maybe raise capital requirements at FNM by a few hundred percent.
