Amazing deals in Atlanta. Are things actually getting worse there? You don't get as much house as Houston where they are dumping brand new 2k sf homes for under $100k but you get much more land for your money.

My brother used to live in Borinda near Layfayette. Expensive homes always in danger of sliding down the hillsides. He spent a lot of money propping up his back yard so his private vineyard would slide down the hill.
